I needed a slip-on for travel. J&M Colvard Venetian is comfortable, flexible, good looking and appropriate for various weather conditions and social situations. I walk a lot so I am hoping the shoe will be durable.

This shoe looks great for casual Friday. It is really comfortable due to the padding in the heal and the arch, and the leather feels soft. The rubber sole is quiet and flexible, but precludes this shoe from being a true "dress" shoe.

Johnston & Murphy Dobson Moc Lace Up

Very stylish shoe but after 1 year the rubber treads are coming loose from the sole and the toe leather is peeling off like dead skin. They are soft and comfortable but the quality just wasn't there. J-M is a great brand and I am truly glad this wasn't my first experience with them or shoebuy as I know both can provide a quality product. This just wasn't one of those cases and I expect much more durability at the J-M price point. Look at the Rollins instead.
