These are fabulous. I suspect those who cannot get them inflated have never had children. They are quite easy to inflate if you bite the valve before air input. Much easier than any ball I've ever blown up. And, what is remarkable about these is that the size can be adjusted for any size calf/boot by titrating the correct amount of air into the bag. I love this feature. I have skinny legs and all the preformed devices available commercially invariably stretch out my boots too much. Also, these keep all my boots completely upright. I like them so much I am planning to order a second set. Really great product!!

These are awesome, so easy to use! Apparently people have a problem inflating them but just like most inflatable things you have to squeeze the little spout together, this method of design keeps the air in once you're done and have to plug it, otherwise it would just deflate once you tried to plug it. Definitely a great product and great design! Great buy!!

Love these booty shapers-great idea for a good price but I sent back the first set because I couldn't inflate them. Received the second set and had the same problem. I tried squeezing the spout and could not get any air in so I tried biting the outer circle on the spout and was able to get them blown up.

These "inflatable" boot shapers are not, in fact, inflatable at all. I tried inflating them and thought I was going to pass out from the effort. My 16-year old son, a track star in high school, tried as well and couldn't do it. Between the two of us, we FINALLY managed to inflate only one of the boot shapers and it was took us over five minutes to do it. You apparently have to have Olympic-level lung capacity to inflate them so you can even use them.
