Shipping Options

Shoebuy offers two shipping options:

1. Free Standard Ground Service

UPS Standard Ground Service is free to Shoebuy.com customers. Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States.

2. Expedited Shipping

Additional shipping options for U.S. customers are UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.

If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, complete your purchase and then contact Shoebuy.com Customer Service toll free at 1-888-200-8414 or from outside the U.S. at 1-617-451-2880. A flat rate fee will apply if the merchandise is available for expedited shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Shoebuy does not currently ship to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines:

  • Shoebuy does ship to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO addresses. When providing your shipping information during the checkout process, please make sure to click the checkbox where indicated to specify that your order will be shipped to a P.O. Box, or APO or FPO address.
  • Shoebuy does ship to a growing list of international addresses. To view the list of countries available for international shipping, click here.
We continue to expand the geographical locations and address types for which we offer shipping service, so please check back often if we are not currently servicing your destination.

International Shipping

To accommodate international purchases, Shoebuy offers several solutions:

  1. Shoebuy is now shipping via DHL Express to select international destinations. For a list of countries Shoebuy ships to, click here. Please check back frequently if your country is not listed, as we continue to expand our list of destination countries. For shipments to these countries, simply select the appropriate destination country during the checkout process.   2. You may purchase from an international address and ship to a U.S. destination.

  3. You may use our "Canadian Checkout" to ship to Canada.

  4. For international destinations to which Shoebuy does not currently ship, we have teamed up with Access USA to help overseas customers with their purchases from Shoebuy.com. Access USA is an international mail forwarder that can provide you with your own private U.S. street address to receive mail and merchandise. They will then consolidate your items and ensure proper, timely and economical delivery of your Shoebuy.com purchase to your international address (at shipping rates that can save you up to 70%). Delivery Times

Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the United States when you order with free UPS Standard Ground Service.

As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Due to the large number of manufacturers we deal with, processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 5 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate manufacturer, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the UPS transit time from the manufacturer of the item you ordered to your shipping address.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express service. Delivery time to international destinations is typically 3-14 days after order confirmation. Please note that delays which are beyond our control can occur in customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment to allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Order Tracking

If you provide a valid email address when you order, you will receive two kinds of emails.

  1. Almost immediately after you place an order, you will receive an email with the subject "Shoebuy.com Order Confirmation". This email confirms your order was received and is being processed.

  2. When your order ships, you will receive an email with the subject "Shoebuy.com Order Shipment Confirmation" that contains your UPS tracking number. With this number, you have 24-hour access to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you. Since we ship directly from the manufacturer it is likely you will receive a separate Order Shipment Confirmation email for each item you purchase.

Once you receive an "Order Shipment Confirmation" email for an item, you may track its shipment in any of the following four ways:

  1. Click the link provided in the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email.

  2. For orders shipped to U.S. addresses, click here to visit the UPS Online Tracking web page. Cut and paste the tracking number from the "Order Shipment Confirmation" email to the UPS Tracking form.

  3. If you are a registered Shoebuy.com member and logged in to make your purchase, click the Using Your Account link (available at the bottom of each page on the Shoebuy.com site). When prompted, enter your email address and password. Once logged in, select "View Order History." For any item listed as "Shipped", click the "[Track]" link to view progress of the shipment.

  4. Whether or not you are a registered Shoebuy.com member, if you have your order confirmation number handy you can click here, enter your order confirmation number and check the status of your order.

If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

  • Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
  • There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
  • It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the UPS website.
