Below are the terms and conditions for the Shoebuy.com, Inc. ("Shoebuy.com" or "Shoebuy") $100 Gift Certificate Giveaway.

1. Overview. Each week we conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries. We notify the weekly winner by email. If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, we will select another winner at random. Our decisions are final. Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries we receive. No purchase is required and purchasing will not increase your chance of winning.
   
   
2. Prize. The winners will receive, by email, a $100 Gift Certificate to use on the Shoebuy.com website. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes related to the prize. By accepting the prize, winners grant us permission to use the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.
   
   
3. Your privacy. We value your privacy and maintain your information in accordance with our privacy policy. To view our privacy policy, click here. We will send you email announcements and special offers. You may opt out of these emails, but if you do so you will no longer be eligible to win.
   
   
4. General rules. The drawing is open to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age and older. It is void where prohibited by law. Participants agree that Shoebuy and it's agents are not liable for any loss, liability, injury or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, prize redemption or use of the prize. We reserve the right to void any entries and/or to change or cancel the promotion at any time. This promotion is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the federal and state courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts shall have sole jurisdiction.
