Provide you a pre-paid shipping label for your order to send your return item(s) back to us.
Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.
For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of
each new item. As always, Shoebuy will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.

To receive your refund:
Order the item that you want from Shoebuy.
Send an email to prices@shoebuy.com with: (1) your Order Number,
(2) the URL of the site where you found the item, and
(3) instructions how to find the item.
After receiving your email, Shoebuy will verify the website where you found the
lower price, give you the discount, and send you an e-mail with your new total.
We guarantee that any purchase you make on the Shoebuy.com website will be 100% safe.
Although we never intend to have an incident of credit card fraud, if unauthorized
charges are made to your credit card as a result of doing business with Shoebuy,
you will pay nothing.
The Fair Credit Billing Act states that your credit card
provider cannot make you pay in excess of $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your credit card
provider does have you pay any of the $50.00 it can charge, Shoebuy will cover the expense,
up to the full $50.00 if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault
of your own from purchases made on the Shoebuy.com website while using Shoebuy's secure server.
If such an event does occur, you must notify your credit card provider.
