Product Description (Men's Saucony ProGrid Ride 2)

ProGrid Ride 2 is a neutral everyday training shoe which features a flexible cushioned ride which is Responsive. Upper has Hydrator collar lining, Comfortride Sockliner, Lightweight breathable mesh and HRC Strobel Board. The Midsole features Heel ProGrid, Impulse EVA, SRC Impact Zone, SRC XTRA forefoot cushioning and the outsole is constructed with Blown rubber XT-900.

After going through 5 pairs of the original Rides, I wasn't happy to hear they discontinued that shoe. I opted for the Ride2 for a replacement and have been quite happy with them so far (~150 miles). They do seem a little stiffer than the orginal Ride and also a little more stable. I still wish the original Ride was not discontinued, but the Ride2 is proving to be a suitable replacement.
