I love this shoe because it is a minimalist shoe and very lightweight yet not one of those crazy looking 5 toe shoes.
Wears this shoe: running on a maintained trail. Not great for rocky trails or downhill running.u

I'm 34 and have pretty much been wearing Saucony exclusively since around my sophmore year of high school! I always get the same sneaker regardless of color, but decided to switch it up to this lighter, great looking, neutral running, sneaker. I love them! Not only do they look amazing, which isn't usually a priority of mine, they feel great, running in them is fabulous, and teaching my group fitness classes in them is fantastic. Saucony rocks it. The only advice I'd give is to make sure you need a sneaker for pronation or not. I'm a more neutral runner, and this is great for me!
Wears this shoe: Running, Teaching Body Pump and Working out at the gym!
