I bought these shoes strictly for the gym, Im a big guy 6'5" 285lbs and I wear a size 14 wide but have had a hard time finding shoes because lately the wides are not wide enough for my feet. I swear that the shoe makers are making them smaller every year but any way I decided to try an extra wide shoe and these shoes have felt the best so far, as a matter of fact they seem just a pinch big which is ok cuz i just wear 2 pair of socks and they feel awesome and are very comfortable for my workouts.
Wears this shoe: 3 days a week for the gym

I haven't run in them yet, but just walking around in them I am looking forward to it. It's like walking on air. They are super light and breathable. No breaking in necessary.
