The shoe is nice but on the inside of my foot it keeps rubbing and hurts. My other saucony's didn't do this so I'm thinking these may be better for wider feet.

I liked the ProGrid Guide Original better than the ProGrid Guide 2, but they are both good shoes. The rear foot cushioning and platform is now thicker and higher than the original Guide, and it feels a little like a high heel shoe!

I purchased two pairs of ProGrid Guide 2 for workouts in an athletic club. Exercise there includes indoor track, cardio and weight training. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box and added stability where needed. I like the style as well. My prior experience with durability when running at an earlier age in my life also influenced decision to purchase brand again.
