For Running and Walking

Shoe Size: Felt true to size
This shoe is great for just wearing around and for running or walking. This shoe is not great for aerobic activities that go side to side or use a step. I love these on my jogs but came away with sore feet and knees after wearing them to my step class. I do feel the extra propulsion from the heel to the toes as promised. This shoe fits like a sock and is super comfortable.

This is my first pair and I like them very much. Light weight and cool on feet. They look good and I have received great compliments. The only negative I have is if floor is damp you slip easily.

My aerobics instructor had these shoes and told me how happy she was with them. I find them very lightweight but still gives me lots of support. I am looking forward to lots of walking in these shoes.
