I bought this shoe for workouts on the treadmill. Very comfortable with excellent arch support. Light, no break-in period needed - felt great right out of the box. Not as cushioned as my old Cohesion 4's so if you need extra cushioning this might not be the shoe for you. For my moderately intense indoor workouts these are super shoes, and my experience with Saucony leads me to believe they could take a much greater pounding than I'll ever put them through.
Wears this shoe: Indoor workouts, mostly on a treadmill.

i used this shoe to train for a half marathonafter 168 miles, this shoe is still newbest if you oversupinate
