I loved Grid Fushion. The people at Saucony wrote me that this is the same shoe. It definitely is not. I require good cushioning, especially in the forefoot. This shoe feels like I'm walking on a very firm waffle texture. It seems they definitely changed the material. Furthermore, it is stiff as a board, doesn't bend naturally as you walk, increasing the discomfort. Unfortunately, after Saucony wrongly confirmed this, I bought two pair. Now I'm going to go try to find an old Grid Fushion men's, since the women's have been sold out a long time.
Wears this shoe: Everyday activities and long walks on pavement.

First the positives - extremely lightweight, heel comfortable,and arch comfortable.If I'd order this style again I'd have to order a wider width as I have callouses from the stitching inside. Also,the mesh is literally falling apart on the upper and side portions of the toe box. There are holes that are getting larger each day. I've never experienced this before in a running shoe. You can't notice it too much when I'm wearing them because, of course, I wear socks, but don't expect durability in this model. They didn't last very long.

After starting to run more often, I wanted to invest in a good pair of running shoes. I did some research on running shoes and took a chance on these. These are probably the most comfortable running shoes I've ever owned! They have great arch support. There was no break in period needed - great fit from the box. I will buy this style again once the ones I have wear out.
