Love the shoe! Ordered a half size larger due to orthotics. I have a very low arch and moderate probation, especially after breaking my ankle and having 4 screws put in, and fighting with plantar fasciitis. Saucony is the only brand I will wear and I've found a favorite style. And, LOVE the colors!

This is a very lightweight great shoe. Works great for speed work and training days on hills. I liked how light it was and even wore it for the end of my race season...5k, 10k, and a half marathon. It is very durable, has been washed numerous times and still looks brand new. I have worn it on streets, pavement, gravel paths, grass, and dirt trails. Very happy all around with this shoe.

I like this shoe. It is very light and comfortable. I think I will have a hard time going back to heavier shoes.
Wears this shoe: I wear it for casual errands and occasional jogging.

This is my first "fast training" running shoe and I was a little concerned, just coming off of a plantar pull a few months back, that it wouldn't have the support that I need. However, this is my fifth pair of Saucony running shoes, and they haven't let me down yet. I love this shoe. I got mine in a bright teal with citron trim. Definitely not boring! I have yet to wear this shoe to the gym or out running without someone complimenting me! Very comfortable and more supportive than you might think! Oh yeah...it's also fast!

Saucony changed a lot between the 4th and 5th version of this model. I liked the previous version a lot better. The current model weighs more, has a stiffer foot bed, and boring colors. It's almost like they made it into a regular everyday trainer. It's still an ok shoe, but not one to rave about like the Fast Twitch 4.
