I wear Saucony running shoes for running on hilly trails, and they provide excellent cushioning for my feet, great arch support, and very good ankle support.
Wears this shoe: New pair - to run on trails. Older pairs - for every day and walking and golf.

The shoe appears to be the quality I have come to expect from this brand. I gave them as a gift to a man stubborn as a mule who hates anything new, and aside from complaining that they feel a little narrow, he has had nothing to say. Translation: they must be good shoes, or else I'd be hearing all about how bad they were.
