I am so happy with this sneaker. I wear this sneaker up to 7 hours a day, and my feet feel fine! I would buy this item again! It is true to size! I teach a special education class, so I am always on my feet!

After years of using Nike, I was turned on to Saucony by my sister-in-law.This is my second pair and I could not be more pleased. The fit is perfect, with no break-in required. And they last longer than any shoe I've used (although I retire them after six months anyway). Please note that I always have worn a full size larger (8.5) in athletic shoes than I do with regular dress shoes (7.5), so you might find the fit different for your foot. I do have a narrow foot and this shoe seems to have better support than any Nike I've ever worn.

I was very happy with the look and feel of this shoe. I usually wear New Balance (which I still love, and use for walking), but needed shoes for the gym classes I take. My feet are little wide, so I was happy these fit so well.

Saucony has removable insoles, which few other companies offer. I need this for using my orthodics, which fit fine. These shoes are very light and offer good stability...my foot doesn't move around at all while running even with fairly loose lacing. Thus, they're very comfortable. I don't know if they're sturdy enough for heavy running, but for a few miles a few days per week they seem great. I have very narrow feet and these fit like slippers with my orthodics. If you have wide feet I doubt these would fit.
Wears this shoe: running a few miles, up to 3x per week, mostly on gravel roads

After experimenting with every major brand of running shoe, I have found Saucony to be the best fitting and most comfortable. The Grid C2 Flash shoes are very light, and provide enough cushioning and stability for low and high mileage runners. I am currently training for a half marathon, and my Grid C2 Flash shoes have been up to the task. This is a great all-around running shoe.
