I walk 3 to 5 miles every day. Some day when it is very hot I tend to get hot spots and sometimes develop a blister. These socks have eliminated the hot spots for me. No more blisters. I wish the socks could do something about the hot days but I guess I'll take what I can get from them. Happy feet!

These are my favorite socks for running. This is the second package I have bought - the first set lasted almost a year, but some of the pairs have holes now. I think that is a pretty good lifespan for socks that see a lot of miles and abuse. I've worn them in all conditions - wet, mud, heat, sand, etc. and they hold up great and they don't make my feet hot. The height is perfect - many running socks seem just a bit too short and my heels blister from the back of the shoe rubbing, but the Saucony socks are just right. The only time of year I don't use them is winter, but I would not expect or want these to be both hot and cold weather socks.
