Sano by Mephisto features two-zone technology embedded in the sole, combining a Power Stimulator that minimizes shock and a Multi-Vibration midsole that stimulates inactive muscles. Sano not only protects your joints and tendons, but also helps you burn more calories, tone your abs, legs and buttocks, relax tense muscles and improve posture. The upper fully adjusts with two hook-and-loop straps over the forefoot and one around the heel. Soft padding helps reduce irritation.

This is a sturdy, comfortable, walking sandal. The color goes with whatever you are wearing. It takes a lot of wear and tear and holds up very well! Very durable.
