I've got a wide foot and high instep. I've tried a number of clogs and wasn't even able to get my foot into them. Well, I managed to jam my feet into the Sanitas, and, of course, they were tight at first. But then, after walking around for a week, they loosened up and broke right in. The leather is quite supple now and they fit perfectly. These are extremely comfortable, well-made shoes. They look cool too.

I got these because of a medical necessity. My feet have swollen up to a point that I could not wear regular shoes, these clogs are perfect and I use them daily. I have received many compliments since I have had them.
