Being both big and tall, shoe comfort is critical for me. Having owned Rockport casuals in the past, I decided to try the dress line for business attire; and I am glad that I did. The Evander looks good and fits even better. It is even waterproof. This shoe is a winner. Way to go Rockport. I will be back for more...

These are quality shoes, made from robust leather and durable rubber. I'm impressed with the workmanship.Because my feet are flat and narrow, I generally have trouble finding traditional oxfords that fit. Not surprisingly, I found this true with the Dunham Battery Park Waterproof Oxford. I ordered a B width, but still found them roomy.After inserting a used footbed from an old pair of New Balance cross trainers beneath the existing footbed, and re-lacing them corset-style to maximize their tightness, things improved. Since my foot sits low, the top rear of the shoe tends to dig into the space between my heel and ankle.But I haven't given up yet. I'm still working with them. I expect as the leather softens, these will become old trusted friends.

It was through Shoebuy.com's "Partner Store" relationship with Amway that I discovered these great shoes. As a child growing up in Hawaii, we wore slippers (flip-flops) much more than shoes so we tend to have wider feet than our friends in less tropical locations. This presents a challenge when shopping for daily wear work shoes that are comfortably wide enough but aren't the length of a surfboard. Not any more. The Men's Dockers Oxford Cap Toe shoe is the answer. I recently purchased my 2nd pair. The 1st pair lasted over 1 year with almost daily use. The shoe is constructed well and looks great too. I use Kiwi brand shoe polish which adds to the already shiny black leather. As long as this shoe is available, I will buy it from ShoeBuy.com. They have the best prices and free shipping too. Aloha
