I'd love to see 1/2 sizes.

My Docs were 20 yrs old and looking pretty rough, it was time for replacements. I choose these 3-holes as the matte finish wasn't available when I bought my previous pair.Once I get them broken in, they'll be great.
Wears this shoe: Occasionaly to work, but primarily on the weekends.

These are true Dr. Martens casuals. Hard break in and I expect very long wearing. Hard to find a better made shoe.

I'm a steel-toe fan, and these shoes are just right. The three eyelet style is fab. I think it's important to note that the shoes in person, are a little less shiny than in the photo.

Durable shoes, but leather is really stiff especially around ankles. Give plenty of time to break them in or your feet will pay for it.

The Perfect Replacement Pair

I had a similar pair of Docs for almost 10 years and it was finally time to replace them. Same simple classic style, great profile on the shoe, solid surrounding fit - plus I like the extra bit of height I get from wearing them due to the thick soles. I have always wanted to be taller than my 5'10 and I get to be when I wear these!

I don't think that the Dr. Martens are made with the same care and quality that they had been in the past.The leather is cheaper and the shoe is more unconfortable.

I wore Docs all through the 90s - living in Seattle during the grunge era made this a necessity - so this choice was easy for me. Now, I work in an office where the dress code is business casual, so I can get away with wearing these. I love the classic Doc sole and chunky look of these shoes.

This is an all around good shoe. It has a nice look and is very comfortable. However the shoe may need some initial break-in period of about a week.

These shoes are "the shoe"! I had a pair just like these for 10 years till I just had to break down and trash them. I wore the hell out of them and I hope to do the same to this pair. My only very helpful suggestion is to wear two pairs of socks till they get broken in, which will take awhile but well worth the time and effort. Enjoy!

I've worn out two pairs of these shoes, with neither owing another day of service. I think they're outstanding. Comfortable and stylish enough to dress up or dress down. I have wide feet EEEE; however, these shoes fit me very well. The steel toe expands the shoe, giving it a bit more width.
