I am very pleased with the fit and looks of the shoe. The workmanship is as fine as I have seen with a Florsheim. I wear the shoes while working as a pilot. As such, I added protective non-slip sole covers to prevent falls on the aircraft parking ramp. This is an excellent shoe.

This is my second pair of Florsheim boots and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality, great-looking, long-lasting boot.

I only shop at Nordstrom for all my shoes because of their great return policy: after three years of wearing some of them, I return and get a full credit and buy another pair. However, Nordstrom does not carry these boots. I saw the commercial on TV and decided to look. WOW!! The selection was great and I found these boots; I had a pair nearly identical that I wore for nearly six years in the early 70's; by the time these wore out Florsheim stopped making them. I had to buy a pair each in Black and Brown which I have worn since I got them. I fell in love with them again.GREAT fit and looks; I've gotten many compliments on them already. I'm a walking billboard for your company. If I need more shoes I will be back as a regular customer.Love your site; keep adding more shoes to it.

Over the past year I have lost 100 punds. It has been necessary to replace all of my clothing including shoes, which have dropped 1/2 to 1 size in length and from wide and even triple-wide to regular width. This is the first dress boot I have owned. It is comfortable, seems to wear well, and looks much better than the square toed clods, as my wife calls them, that I have worn before. I am seriously contemplating another pair, or at a minimum another Florsheim boot.

Initial fit felt great, although the leather soles were very slick. After wearing a few times, the boots feel as if they fit like a glove. Neat appearance for wearing with jeans, etc. Shoebuy delivers as promised.

I've worn the Chatman for years this is my 3rd/4th pair and while I'm hard on the heel (I resole/reheel about once a year, the topside wears extremely well. My most recent pair was doing well until I accidentlaly cut the side, tearing out a chunk. If not for that they'd probably have lasted another year or two. The boot top is comfortable, neither cutting intot he leg or feeling floppy. Over all an excellent product and through Showbuy, an excellent price.
