You'll only buy them once...unless you want another color!

These boots, as all 10 eye high tops, take a little time to break-in. The uppers are high quality leather and will soften over about a week. Your feet, however, will love you for buying these boots. Plenty of support, comfortable, and the soles last forever...which is good when you work at a brewery and walk through many harsh chemicals. A+

This boot is not made to be worn for industrial work. Although it has the ankle support and steel toe and reinforced sole, this is pair number 3 that I have had to buy in less than a year. My suggestion is that you buy this boot only for normal casual wear as it will not hold up if you want it for work purposes. For the price of this boot you would think that it would withstand more wear and tear.

3rd pair I have ordered from this website and 8th pair I have owned. I wear them everyday. A little tough to break in so when I see a pair starting to fade I order another pair so I can alternate during the "break-in" period.

I was looking for the perfect pair of Docs to wear everyday and these are definitely it for me. I'm used to wearing heavy Buffalo Boots with giant platforms and these were a nice alternative. They're not too heavy, have a nice thick sole and with some insoles and heel rub protectors they're super comfortable right out of the box! I love the steel toe too, keeps them from dimpling or denting in on the toe like my old non-steel toe Docs did back in the day. I recommend these to anyone looking for a good, basic black, tough boot. So far, they're awesome and I love them. I'm also very happy with the service I received from Shoebuy as well, fast shipping, my boots arrived within the week and with no problems! Thanks!

The boots do look nice and are very comfortable. The only problem is they are now MADE IN CHINA and you pay the same price for a cheaper quality boot.

I enjoyed these boots so much that I bought a second pair.The eyelets are black, not gunmetal as shown in the picture. I would prefer gunmetal, but black is ok. Mostly I wish that the picture would match the actual product.

I was pretty disappointed with these. I've owned several pairs of docs and loved them, but these were something else. It had been years since I bought a pair. Since then they started making them in China. The leather almost felt like a plastic, and the soles were very thick, and hard, the seams were not all that well either. If you have never worn English docs these are probably going to be nice boots, but I will stick with my old pairs from now on. I ended up giving them to some one who really wanted them.

These boots are great I love them. As pretty much with all Dr Martens once they break in there's nothing like them. I've always wore the 8 eyelet greasy but like these much more. Ive heard the old Dr Martin company sold to some other and weren't as good...Don't listen there still awesome. They are built great and don't be afraid about the stiffness when you get them they will break in. You can put a little shoe polish on them and they shine really well. I'm getting another pair just like these very soon. I would like to have another pair to wear when these wear out. I'm sure this pair will last a long time. Buy these you'll love them. They look great with baggy camo shorts.
