I have a different style softwalk and love it, wanted to try this one. the size is true but this style is not as comfortable as the other. This shoe will need to be broken in.

I have never tried Softwalks before and I am very pleased. High quality construction...leather is sfot and flexible, yet feels sturdy and supportive. Inside of the shoe is soft & cushy. I was able to wear them immediately to work and shop...good for walking. Fit gets a little snug when my feet swell at the end of the day, but I think after time the shoe will stretch a little more. Definitely a keeper !

I purchased the same shoe in solid leather a couple of years ago and wore it right out of the box every day during a European trip with lots of walking, and for many miles since. The padded insole finally wore through and I am delighted that this style is still available, albeit in the woven leather style. Plenty of toe room, while the attractive sling back cuts the length of my size 11's. Heel height is just right for walking --not too low or too high. Slip-on style is convenient for airline security check lines.

This seems like a nice, casual summer shoe that would be versatile. However, the black sole on the beige pair is a marring sole and is not suitable for fiberglass surfaces (like boat decks). It leaves black streaks on fiberglass. Regrettably, I have to return the shoes.

I liked the color and style. It is a little more closed in on the toe than I had thought. It therefore feels better with a stocking worn with it.

I wanted a new pair of red shoes and these fit the bill perfectly! They are very attractive, most comfortable, and easy to put on and take off. What more could anyone want! I'm looking forward to wearing them all summer when sneakers are just too hot.

I'm required to wear closed toe shoes at work; also need a 10-1/2 N. These are the best solution I've found. Comfortable, leather upper and insole, adjustable and comes in many sizes. In a neutral color they don't appear to be too clunky. Wish they had a bit more arch support.

I wore a pair of these shoes during my trip to China last year and knew that I had found the perfect pair of shoes for extended periods of walking. They provided pure comfort whether walking through museums or along the Great Wall.I couldn't wait to get another pair in a different color.
