Light weight and excellent for martial arts. The soles do have a tendency to split and come unglued with repeated use.

Nice casual shoe for wearing around the house, instead of messing up you house shoes. Or, quick runs to the store. Comfortable, up to a point considered a light end to a tennis-shoe. But, well worth the price.

The dragon shoe gives you very good traction. This is good because it reminds you to be on your toes for spinning kicks. Can be hard on the knees at times because of traction.

Good shoe for the price. Comfortable, good looking, good quality. I bought this shoe for working out. The only downside is that for weight training the slip on design does not hug your foot tightly when you are doing exercises that put sideways pressure on your foot. So, when I am training my legs, I wear another pair of shoes which have a tighter fit and no horizontal give. Still a good shoe and a good price.
