Not as Good a Fit as Liberty

The shoe looks nice and the orthotics fit in it well. I bought the shoe because I like the Liberty style but needed a closed toe for rainy weather. The fit of the two shoes is not the same. The Quarky runs a little tight.

bought shoes to wear in a hospital, on a cement floor. they are very comfortable, they fit my high arched narrow feet, and my lower back is fine with them, my only problem with them is that your feet can start sweating when hot...a drawback, but not so much so that I have bought 6 pairs in the last few years...love that you can walk in the rain with them

I have only worn them 4 times so far, and I like the fact that they are really nice and lightweight. I like that they are waterproof for summer rains when you cannot wear a boot. I do find them squeaking every so often, and hopefully they will wear in and not continue to do so. I must give it more time to decide if I would purchase them in other colors. I now own them in white.
Wears this shoe: I wear this shoe thus far on rainy summer days when you cant wear galoshes.

This shoe is so attractive, and so perfectly comfortable, it's the vegan shoe I've longed for for years. It looks fabulous, feels fabulous, is very durable, washes off easily. It's a perfect, perfect shoe--and far more comfortable than any leather clog or slip-on I ever owned. It looks exactly like leather--admirerers have to be convinced that it's vegan. It's more durable than leather, though, and looks quite new after enough wear to make leather shoes look worn and unpresentable. Thanks, Quark!

I like the appearance and I like the comfort, but when I first purchased them they were really tight and the squeak a lot when I walk, but other wise they were great. And I would recommend them to anyone who is on their feet all day.

At every return of warm weather, I search for the return of the flower patterned quarky. I would cheerfully buy them in every color. Those I have are now many years old. They constantly receive positive notice from friends and strangers, and have enabled me to lead many buyers into the "quarky fold"...'though people now have to be content with the plain ones. There once was, also, a "saddle shoe" design, not so much to my taste, but distinctive and fun. Such deviations in pattern would surely and swiftly identify quarkys as something other than crocs or other wal-mart types, and thereby justify the price. At this time, I find myself wearing my quarkys sparingly, afraid they'll wear out....although they still look as good as new. Replaced the inserts, however. Much loved shoes...my favorites because they go with just about anything. Pass this on to the manufacturer, please!MS

I bought these in black because I have two pair in white and I love them! People stop me in public and ask me what kind of shoes I am wearing and I take one off and hand it to them. They are so light weight everyone is amazed. Also I do not have to wear my shoe orthotics when I wear quarkys they are so comfortable and give great support for problem arches. They easily slip on and off, are high enough to avoid wet socks in puddles around parking lots and walkways after a rain shower and they can look dressy or casual depending on what one wears.

I think these shoes are great! I work in a factory and am on my feet all my shift in a wet/dry environment. These shoes are excellent. My daughter is a nurse and she has some great nursing shoes and in my quest for new work shoes I checked a nursing supply store and found out about these. And you had all sizes and a number of colors available online.

I really like the appearance of this shoe but the shoe was a little snug. I seemed to adjust to that, but after wearing it for a day or so it started to squeak loudly with every step. I took the insert out of the shoe and it was surprisingly comfortable and stopped squeaking immediately. So now I wear them every day even if it is not the way it was intended.

The is the fourth pair of quarks that I have purchased over the past five years. I use them for walking all the time instead of athletic shoes because the arch support is great and they fit like a glove with toe box room that is excellent. My feet are always dry unlike athletic shoes that get damp and smelly after walking on grass. Do be careful after rainy conditions on smooth surfaces because the grip can be a little iffy especially if you have worn them down over time!
