This boot is awesome it is my fourth pair. You will wear the soles off before anything on the boot fails. I wear mine 24/7 in a body shop.

Vasque was recommended to me by a foot specialist who also wears them. I'm glad he did. When I tried them on and started walking in them they felt like they were already broken in. The other brand of shoes I'd been buying for about ten years started to hurt my heels to the point I could no longer wear them. Not so with these.

This is the second pair of Vasque Clarion boots that I have purchased. They are lightweight and give good support and traction on hilly, rough terrain. I wear medium weight Merino wool socks with them year round and find them warm in the winter and comfortable in the summer thanks to the full Gortex lining which also makes them waterproof. I wear them every day so I know they last well. The old pair looks a little rough, but I still use them occasionally. You will get your money's worth with these boots.

I've been buying Vasque boots for over 20 yrs.Durability, comfort and fit. I bought my first pair of Clarion GTX in college, living near the Smokies they were a great boot for hiking and all the outdoor activities there were in the area. Now living in NYC, I just like wearing them walking around the city.I don't shop for other boots, I know the model number 7150, that's all I need when I get a new pair. I always know they'll fit great.

This is the second pair in this model shoe. I wore the first pair everyday at work for about 5years. I drive a standup forklift 10 hours a day.I also wear them all day on the weekends. This Boot absorbs most of the shock that the forklift dishes out. By far the most comfortable boot ever owned by me. As long as they keep making them, I'll keep wearing them!

I have four pair of Vasque hikers; they're all great. They offer the comfort, support, fit, looks and durability that I demand in an outdoor trekking boot... and all this at a decent price. I recently bought this model because it is waterproof, but it's so comfortable and good looking that I'm reluctant to wear it outside when it's raining or wet.

After trying five different boot manufacturers, I decided on Vasque again. This is my 4 pair of Vasque boots over a 22 year period. I use them for hunting, backpacking and day hiking. They give me the best fit, are the most comfortable and wear like iron.

It's hard to write a review since I don't buy hiking shoes. I bought the pair for a hike in the San Juans next week. I've been wearing the shoes to work every day for the past three weeks to break the shoes in. They are very comfortable and have plenty of room for a double layer of socks. I have a size 12 foot and I ordered a size 12 shoe. I think they will be great for the hike. The shoes appear to be very sturdy and well built.

This is my second pair of the Vasque Clarion GTX. My first pair lasted 9 years of heavy use. I use them for backpacking and hunting. I've had boots that the gortex leaked after one year. My first pair has not leaked as of yet. I did not find a better price any where. Shoebuy.com is great. The boots were at my door the next day after the shipping conformation email.

These shoes are really nice. The soles are softer and grip better than Vibram and they absorb shock better. The downside is that they are somewhat more flexible than I like, but that is a personal preference. Superfeet green inserts both stiffened and padded these shoes just right. The shoes are light in weight. I really like them.
