Having worn my first pair of Top-Siders around 1960 I had no qualms about purchasing these boots. I've tried them on and only worn them about the house. I purchased them to wear on board an Alaskan fishing charter boat when we go fishing out of Seward. The sole's ability to provide excellent footing on wet decks is well known among boaters. The insole is also very comfortable for a rubber boot. It is not an insulated boot so don't expect it to be for extremely cold weather. I'll be wearing heavy wool boot sox for both added comfort and warmth. Also I have a narrow (B Width) foot and this provides a more snug fit that I like.

I ordered these rubber boots for my husband. He really likes them because they are lite weight and very comfortable. He added a strap to the back of the boots to make them easy to pull on. They are nice looking and he wears them every where.

Being as it's April in California right now I've not had the opportunity to wear these much in wet weather. I have tried them on and walked around the house a bit and they are more comfortable than I expected. They are also just right for my size 8.5 foot (I bought a 9), so they seem to run a wee bit small for their projected size.

Comfortable for a boot. Great for winter fishing when you don't want wet feet. Complements the new aftco foul weather suit well. Wore them all day the first weekend in the rain and was great.

I bought my boots back in October. My best friend saw them and he loved them. I bought them for him for Christmas. He wears a 9.5. I bought him a nine and they fit perfectly. The front of the boot syphons off a bit giving it about a half size more length than it advertises. That should help in buying it so that it won't be too floppy when you walk. I have the blue and grey pair and he has the navy and white. They are very stylish and the keep your feet warm without squeezing them.

My husband says these are comfortable boots, and they seem like good quality. He hasn't had them long enough to comment on whether they are actually waterproof or not, but they appear to be a good quality so hopefully that will be the case.

It is usually so hard to find a pair a great looking rain boots for men. For someone like me who is really picky about what he wears, these boots are the perfect fit for me. They look like regular shoes when you wear pants over them and they don't look completely ridiculous when you tuck in your pant legs either. The fit is perfect and they keep the feet very warm.

Sperry Figawi Review - for women

The boot is great, however, Sperry is just plain silly for not offering this boot to women in women's sizes. I am dealing with the men's sizing and their smallest size is a smidge big on me, but I really need a performance boot for sailing, not some idiotic fashion accessory. Does Sperry regard sailing as a men's only sport?
