Foot and back saver!!

I have worn these inserts for about 10 years. They were originally recommended by my chiropractor. They have made a huge difference in my lower back pain and ease of walking. I can now be on my feet for a couple of hours if necessary without discomfort. I buy a new pair of inserts each year as the old ones get flat. They are great!
Birkenstock casual footbed

When I can, I wear only Birkenstock shoes, and when I can't, I insert one of these footbeds. They are wonderful, I had serious foot problems until I discovered Birkenstocks.
Helps with sagging arches

These footbeds do help with falling arches, and they fit in most shoes. Very useful to extend that renowned Birki comfort to "regular" shoes.

I have plantar faciatis and my heel was killing me! The footbed has made a significant difference in my heel pain. I would recommend these to anyone that likes wearing Birkenstocks...even in their sneakers!
Can use for almost any shoe

Heal spur survivor

I have had a heal spur in my right heal for as long as I can remember. I have had injections, surgery, physical therapy and still walk on my toes. My physical therapist suggested Birkenstock shoes which I could not see myself wearing so I purchased these insoles. Wow! Big difference! Needless to say, I now own a pair of Birke sandals and live in them both. I can't walk without either the insole or sandal. Highly recommend for anyone with foot problems. I can now exercise and feel great

I have flat feet, and took these on a 17 mile hiking trip. They saved my arches from feeling collapsed. I also wore these when I was running once (5 miles or so) and I do not recommend that. I got a bunch of blisters from them because of how stiff they are. So I'd recommend these for walking, but not running.

As far as the Birkenstock insoles, I can't wear shoes without them. If you have arch pain in your feet due to too much flatness I highly reccommend this product.I am extremely pleased with these.
Best Inserts I've Owned

I bought these inserts after falling in love with Birkenstock shoes. I wanted to be able to wear other shoes without causing great foot pain. These inserts make non-Birkenstock shoes much more comfortable.

I have a history of tendinitis in my heels to the point where I have had times when I could hardly walk. My podiatrist has advised me to wear only Birkenstocks but I live in upstate NY so that is not practical. I am a Boy Scout leader who spends a bit of time in the woods with hiking boots on. The casual footbed has allowed me to use my hiking boots, cross trainers, etc., without experiencing pain. I recommend them highly!!

Birkenstock Footbed is the best!

Because I have a Morton's neuroma, I have tried virtually all footbeds available, including custom made orthopedic molds costing hundreds of dollars. Birkenstock Blue Footbed is by far the best. What makes it unique is that it has a bump that lifts your metatarsal perfectly, which eliminates the pain from the neuroma and is also very comfortable on my other foot which does not have any problem.
