I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of this shoe. It's extremely soft and well cushioned. It's very easy to walk in.

Very comfortable and easily worn for a full day. I nearly returned it as it was a little plainer looking that I expected, but the comfort and heel height won me over. Good with jeans and crops.

I've received lots of compliments on these shoes since I purchased them! The shoes are just a tiny bit snug, so order wide if you think your feet might need a little more room. They are comfortable, classy and go well with a variety of different outfits.

Very bad quality for the money., June 20, 2009

I have to say, that I wore these sandals, maybe 4 times. I've had them for about 3 weeks. Upon wearing them again for the 5th time, I realized that the stitching was coming apart from the upper foot. As they are very, very comfortable, I was very displeased with the stitching, leather to leather. I realized I had a choice, send back to you, or try a shoe repair shop. Which I did, the repair shop in Billerica, MA. was amazed at the bad quality stitching. It was "thread". He told me that it was threaded with thin thread at the most "stressed point of the sandal" it should never have been threaded, but stronger material to hold it together. My left sandal basically came apart at the top of my foot. It will cost me between 15 and 20 dollars to repair. I realized if i exchanged with you, I would have received the same quality sandal. So now I am having the sandals repaired and reinforced together as a pair. I only hope the shoe repair shop can do a good job trying to fix. The string that let go was a stress point on any sandal or shoe. He was amazed at the "thread" instead of a leather or heavier stitching.
Wears this shoe: not now, they are being repaired and reinforced the right way.

I purchased several pairs of Softspots shoes in similar styles, but these were my favorite. True to size and very flattering on my WW feet-with no bulges appearing between the straps! My worries about the heel height were also dismissed-they were comfortable from the first wear.
