I like the looks of this shoe but it's taking time to break these shoes in. This should not be the case with a Topsider. I have two blisters on both feet.

I do like the shoes - they are very comfortable. I was surprised they fit and feel as good as they do. It's the first time I ordered shoes through the mail and didn't have to send them back. I will take them with me next month for use on a two masted sailboat in the Aegean Sea.

Sperry's Billfish is my favorite Top-Sider. I like the sole for use as a boat shoe and the padding makes it a comfortable walker. When new, I wear them anywhere that casual shoes are appropriate. As they age, they become sailing shoes and kick-arounds. I always have two pairs cycling through this process.
Wears this shoe: Daily - they're my standard footwear.

I bought some for myself first and love them! I wear them all the time! I bought a second pair for my husband to wear on our honeymoon! He thinks they are awesome! We wear them when we go fishing, hiking or on a regular trip out! I even where mine to work sometimes! I convinced my neighbor to buy some and she loves them as well!

The title says it all. This shoe is the best. It is my 2nd pair, & the first pair is the most durable, most comfortable, & best constructed boat shoe that I have ever owned.

I am an avid fisherman and needed a new pair of shoes for this season. I like the construction, comfort and looks of the "Billfish" and they are fully satisfactory as received. Dealing with Shoebuy.com has been a pleasant experience and one I'm sure to repeat many times. The shoes arrived in just three days and were exactly what I expected.

It is difficult to comment on sizes because shoes from different manufacturers fit differently. What you have to do is learn which size (for each manufacturer you buy) is right for your feet. Then you can judge how consistenty the shoes are true to size from that manufacturer. I have bought several pairs of this shoe ove the past few years and they tend to be true to size. Occasionally I have found poor finshing of the shoe, like a raised stitch in an uncomfortable place for example. But this has never been anything major that could not be fixed at home. I find these shoes to be extremely comfortable and they provide me with good arch support. In fact I prefer them for walking over shoes that are specifically designed for walking or hiking.
Wears this shoe: Most of the time. It is my primary shoe.
