Like the shoe a lot and have worn it for many years. Was very disappointed that the delivery was late. They were ordered for a specific occasion, and didn't arrive until the following Monday.

Bought a size 10 for my dad who wears a 9 and ended up sending back and getting 10.5. These run very small.

I love this shoe. It's comfortable, low cost, and a great casual shoe to have for your shoe collection. It's a 80's shoe, and who doesn't love the 80's.

I bought the red checkerboard Van's Classic Slip-on, and they've been great. Very comfortable, very cool looking. My only complaint is how so dirty the white rubber sides get. Even driving in my car, the back of the shoe will be brown from floormates I clean regularly, and the shoes scuff very easily.Be sure to take care of them with a toothbrush and soap and they will be fine, however it is still tedious and annoying.

Slip-ons Need Breaking In

I'm fond of Vans in general; when I saw the black/black slip-ons in Vanity Fair I had to have them. They're a little tight as one would expect in a new shoe but they have to be snug to avoid that cheap-shoe heel-slip. No such problems with the Vans. Once you break them in, they're stylin'.

A Bit Disappointed

I've been wearing self-designed Vans slip-ons that I ordered directly from the Vans web site. They were and are a perfectly comfortable fit. But they are totally worn out after 3 years. I ordered these plain ones and they are not as comfortable as my old ones. They seem much snugger in the width and a bit stiffer. I wear my old ones more than the new ones. Maybe they will stretch out or something.
