I like the shoes, but after walking in them for a few days width seem to feel alittle to wide. Should have gotten a normal width.

I already had a pair of Rockport work shoes which I have worn for a couple of years. I found them to be the most comfortable work shoe I have owned, so when it came time for a new pair of workshoes, I searched to find Rockports. For someone with narrow feet, these shoes are a better fit than others.

These shoes could pass for dress shoes. I do not need to change shoes if I'm meeting with someone after work. Even with the steel toes they are comfortable and easy on my feet all day long. For safety shoes they are fairly light. The soles are quiet and have a good grip. I'm very satisfied with the shoes.

I wear these shoes 40-45 hours/wk in a tool-and-die shop on concrete. I added gel insoles underneath the standard Rockport insoles and it's like walking on a cushion. They are the most comfortable work shoes I've owned in 35 years, although I don't like that they're made in China.

The Rockport Works Brookland ST is a fine looking shoe with excellent fit and comfort. It provides good ankle support and fits snugly, but comfortably. The steel toe has not become scuffed (so far) which has been a problem with other steel-toed shoes that I have owned. The waterproof feature is an added benefit. Overall, a fine shoe at a reasonable price.
