I ordered a medium and a wide just to make sure I get the right fit. When I put them on, my toes were laying on top of each other, even in the wide! I have a pair of Sofft Cordelia and when compared sole-to-sole, the Cordelia in medium was about 1/4 inch wider at the toe box than the wide Kensington! So disappointed. Wish Cordelia was still in stock...

Loved this shoe but the insole had been glued in offcenter, leaving a ridge on the outside of the ball of the foot. Had to return and my size is no longer available.

I love these heels so much. I heeded the advice given in the reviews, and ordered the Wide. I am a regular size 10 average. I am on my feet all day and these shoes look and feel great!

I read the reviews very carefully and so far, it's never failed. I ordered my size 10 in black smooth leather. I am always a 10 medium, however this time I chose to order a 10W. I'm a seasoned hairstylist, always on my feet, in my mid 30's and I am through with having to " break-in" shoes at this point. This look is stylish, dressy, youth full and classy. My recommendation is if you usually wear a medium, order the Kennisington in a size wide.

Adorable Classic Shoe

This is a great little shoe for dress up or casual.Based on other reviews I ordered the SZ 9M (I usually take an 8 1/2 M) and it worked fine for me. I give it 5 stars for styling and if I could rate it for comfort it would be 4 stars. They're not quite as comfortable (for all day wear) as the other SOFFT shoes that I own, but, for a few hours at a time they're fine. I've received several compliments on the styling.

I loved the design - just as in picture. The sides are painful, though, where the toe meets the arch: the leather piping doesn't stretch at all, and digs in. I wouldn't get a wide, though, because the rest of the shoe fits perfectly. Just need to find a way to stretch pain free...All in all - adorable!

I like the look and color of the shoe. The sole is very cushiony and comfortable, however, the toe end of the shoe is very narrow, which makes the them uncomfortable to wear all day.

If you are looking for a great looking shoe that is comfortable to wear and won't hurt your feet - even after hours of standing - stop your search! It's an easy-to-wear, great looking shoe (true to the pictures provided) that coordinates with almost any suit in my closet. My only 'nitpick' would be the sizing. I am a 6 1/2 to a 7 depending on the shoe and being a dress shoe that I would be standing in all day, I ordered in what I thought was the larger size just to be safe. The width was perfect but I could have used an extra 1/2 size as I find it is bordering on snug. That said, I've been looking a long time for a shoe that would provide all-day comfort and this shoe has certainly lived up to it's promise. I won't hesitate to buy this brand again.

I ordered this mid heel dress shoe to go with a dress that I bought for an Inauguration Ball, and I was not disappointed. The shoe was sent very quickly, was very comfortable right from the beginning, was true to the color shown and was dressy enough for the gown, while still being wearable. I have trouble buying/wearing dress shoes with heels because of my wide foot, but the 6 wide in this shoe fit well and had good support. I was able to wear the shoe in comfort throughout most of the Ball, despite walking six miles back and forth to the mall that day for the Inauguration! I will definitely buy Sofft shoes from ShoeBuy again.

Very Pretty but Too Narrow

I got this in a 9W, and the fit was fine until I started to walk in them. The piping across the top, where the flower is, was tight and caused me a lot of pain. Really cute, but they hurt so they had to go.

I usually don't like embellishments on shoes but the small flower on this shoe is quite cute and fun. The shoes are comfortable.

I love the look of this shoe and was very disappointed when it didn't work out. I originally ordered them and the right shoe fit like a glove but the left shoe felt like it was at least 1 width too small (this is not normal for me). I like them so much that I thought I would order another pair to see if it made a difference. With the 2nd pair, they both fit but one shoe gapped a lot near the arch. Bummed that it didn't work out...

I wanted a shoe for a mother of the bride winter wedding and found this shoe to be perfect. I can no longer wear heels without experiencintg pain but this shoe proved to be very confortable. The toe was slightly narrow but a half size longer or a wider shoe would have been too big overall. It is a very cute shoe on and I felt comfortable all evening.
