Tough enough for a toddler

I bought these shoes for my 2 1/2 year old toddler. He is all boy rough, tough, and tumble. The black color does not show any dirt and so far they are really holding up well despite the constant abuse. I will buy these again in a bigger size when he outgrows them.

I bought a pair of these for my 7 year old son. At first, he complained of the shoes stretching too much at the instep, but just adjusting the laces solved the problem. I would like the shoes to have a little more flexible soles, but in the overall I'm quite satisfied. My son submits them to a harsh treatment, and he says they are quite comfortable. New Balance never betrays our confidence!

Fits that Extra Wide Foot

I have been having problems finding shoes for my daughter who has EXTRA WIDE feet. The latest shoes from the OTHER kids shoe brand just arent running as a real XW anymore in my opnion. Thank heavens that New Balance is now in the mix. They are absolutely wider and fit her perfectly. She said she felt so tall because they have really thick soles and support. My ONLY suggestion to NB would be to have more GIRLS colors go to the larger kids sizes instead of just boys. This white pair is good because I can put pink shoelaces on it. (There HAS to be pink or purple somewhere silly!)Thanks for making true XW shoes!!!

I chose New Balance for my granddaughter because she needs an extra wide shoe, and very few brand make them. These are excellent shoes. They are true to size and very well made. I will definitely purchase again.

My son loved this shoe and I was a hero for buying them becuase it's black, it can be worn with pants and has good support for when he plays sports.

Overall a well made, well fitting sports shoe. My 10 Year old girls didn't like the mostly white style. I had to sell them on the idea of Fashion Shoes vs Sport Shoes. At first they didn't buy it. Then they did a fund raiser fun walk/run. They came home and said "These new shoes are great they're the best". These aren't cheap shoes, but they are well made. Probably too well made/expensive for 10 years olds but they work.

4year old daughter wears these shoes daily. No complaints. She is slightly "pigeon toed" and her doc recommended she wear sturdy shoes. These fit the bill. No turning in of her toes at all. Very happy!

I bought these for my 11 year old son to wear to school as it was hard to find similar black leather shoes that were light weight in an extra wide fitting. My son loves them, the fit is excellent and the value for the money is an added bonus.

Incorrect Sizing

I first bought my sneakers as a size 3M because that was my previous size of the same shoe style which I purchased a few years back. When I received them I did not need to wear them right away, so I put them away after trying them on, they were a little big which I thought was because of my socks. A few months later I started to wear them and found they were much bigger even with different kinds of socks. The style changed from a KX621 to a KX622 and this sneaker style was much bigger. The older shoe was no longer available, but I needed white shoes and since my shoe size is a child size it is very hard to find shoes. When talking to your customer service department they said I could not return them because they were purchased months ago, so I had to buy a new pair a half size smaller and they fit much better and now I will wear them frequently. Since I have foot problems and small feet that's two strikes against me.

Like the shoe very much for my daughter. She has wider feet and finding the right sneaker this year was very hard. New Balance are the best sneakers for you feet-kids & adults. Very happy-and they are not all marked up with bling and nonsense
