I love this shoe - have two pairs in different colors and waiting to get some other colors. I have a wide foot so ordered wide width and they are a terrific fit right from the start.

This is a great comfortable walking shoe, it is very casual so you don't want to wear it with pants, but if you do, the black pair is fine to do so with at a stretch. The bottom could be cushier but with the wide width you can always purchase a gel sole to make it a less hard bottom. Either way I think these are a great pair to slip on for a walk, shopping or to hop into when going over to a friend's house.

I bought them on a whim because I was in dire need of sneakers that could masquerade as work-appropriate footwear. I really love these shoes! I wear them to work, for casual after-work drinks and in the evenings while hiking up the hills of San Francisco in an effort to get a bit of exercise. Basically, these shoes are versatile--and I get lots of compliments on them. This was my first time buying footwear online, but I'm a believer in online shoe shopping after this experience!

Sketchers Never Disappoint

I wear Sketchers non-stop. Because of my shoe size (11M), it's iffy if a brand will fit. Not a problem with these...right out of the box, no "breaking in" necessary. This style has no ties, so they're easily slipped on. I have a neurological condition affecting balance, so Sketchers are my shoe of choice...good support and they provide stability.
