Beautiful Shoe September 19, 2009

I bought this shoe in brown for my daughter's wedding, and also in navy for the rehearsal dinner. I agree with many reviewers that the back strap slides down and is difficult to keep on. I solved that by having the shoemaker stitch the two straps together. I also added a non-slip pad in the ball of the foot so my foot wouldn't slide forward. The shoe is perfect for special occasions!

I really loved to look of this shoe and it was comfortable even for someone who doesn't wear heels much. I did order 1/2 size larger than my normal size which was perfect. The heel height was just right.

The shoe itself is a very good looking special occasion shoe. I had lots of compliments. I did order 1/2 size larger as stated in another comment I had read and it did fit much more comfortably.

Bought it to wear to a recent wedding. Like the way it looks but found it really difficult to keep on. After three or four steps the strap around my heel would come off. I just don't think that one strap is enough to keep the shoe on well. I had to take them off in order to dance comfortably.

This shoe was exactly as it was pictured on the website. For me, it was a half size smaller than my usual size. So I had to send it back and order a half size larger, which fit perfectly. Wore them to my son's wedding last weekend. Walked and danced in them for hours...very comfortable.
Wears this shoe: Perfect for evening wear.
