I bought these shoes for my husband as a better-looking alternative to running shoes. He loves them and wears them all the time. I previously thought of Skechers as a shoe for young people but he is 60 and they look very stylish for his age.

Comfortable and relaxing August 14, 2007

I have now worn this shoe in several different conditions and have been happy in all. The heel of the shoe offers well structured padding to absorb the concussion of walking, so spending all day at a very hot car show on asphalt was not damaging to my feet. I have EE width feet which is wider than rated for this shoe but they are comfortable in their surround so sitting all day at my desk is no problem either. I have found that they are a little long in the toe for the size but I have a full stride and lift my knees while walking so have not scuffed the toe. Over all I would happily recommend this shoe.
