These shoes look great casual or with a skirt/dress. My 3 year old has a rather large foot for her age, but these look adorable. The shiny part is not overdone, but gives it a little extra kick. The shoes seem to be comfortable for her. They scuff at the toes, but so do all of her shoes- I attribute it more to her age and activity than to the shoe. Nothing a little polish can't handle. After several months of regular wear, they are starting to show their age.

I bought this shoes in blue to go with her school uniform. She wears this shoe to school daily - including PE - and we are very happy with the fit and the easy on and off. Shoe doesn't slip off even with roomy fit and holds up well. The shoes did scuff but that is expected with daily wear of a leather shoe and can easily be remedied with some shoe polish. I also like their cushioning system. Highly recommended.

My 5 yr old daughter picked out the shoes and loved it once they arrived. She is a hard fit with long, narrow feet. The shoe is sporty but cute enough to wear with skirts and dresses. It has a rubber no-skid, non-marking sole which is perfect for preschool and the playground. She gets complements on them all the time. They fit a little wide, but do have the adjustable strap which helps. Would definitely buy again and recommend.

Stride Rite is my favorite brand of shoes for my daughter to wear. When I discovered shoebuy.com I was excited! I bought them for the coming school year. I think they are real nice but my daughter does not seem to enjoy them. Not worn yet,they're still in the box. They seem bigger than the other Stride Rite shoes I have bought before but it's okay, She'll wear them later.
