OK, but not the best

If you want a smaller, thinner product you'll like this one. It has less cushioning and arch support than other Spenco inserts I've used in the past. I got them to go in the shoes I work in (I'm a nurse on my feet 10-14 hours a day) and ended up buying addition thin insert with gel to increase the cushioning and arch support.

I have purchased many different orthodics to help with a variety of problems with my feet. These are, without a doubt, the best insoles I've ever used. In fact, I just ordered two more pairs. Thanks to Shoebuy for carrying them.

My physical therapist had me purchase an orthodic because of severe arthritis and back pain, saying my feet were flat. Believe me, my back pain is much improved and I am even walking better. This sounded like the best one when I bought it and it's proved itself.

There are particularly great if you have heel pain. If you wear narrow shoes, you probably will have to go up a shoe size for them to fit. But its worth it.

A Must-Have for 90% of All Women

The Spenco-Q Factor Cushioning insoles are extremely comfortable, but more importantly than that, they are performing an extremely important function. I read that 80-90% of women have a problem with the Q-ratio of their knees. This means that their knees are going to have more wear and tear than that of their male counterparts. The Spenco Q-Factor Cushions corrects this ratio problem. My orthopedic surgeon gave me inserts to put into my shoes, to decrease the wear and tear, but the Spenco product is much more comfortable. I personally believe that if I had been wearing the Cushions from the beginning, my knee joints would not be so unevenly worn out on the inner side.

I was training for a marathon but it was killing my feet, I knew it wasn't the shoes (because they were new) so I thought it might be the insoles... I replaced the insoles that came with the shoes with the Spenco for Women insoles and it was like night and day! Wow! They are amazing and wonderful, and soooo cushioning! I will never go back to regular insoles for running!

I bought this insole because I was training for a marathon and my feet had been bruising terribly when I ran; I had heard that these insoles work well for women, so I thought I'd try them - they are incredible! I ran the Baltimore Marathon, and my feet were in great shape when I finished, which I am certain is attributable to the excellent quality of the insoles.
