Good work boot. One trouble is the leather over the toe area. It always seems to wear through and that leaves a hole that grows right over the steel. Looks dorky but they feet love them.

I have been using these boots for 7 years but they used made them in England, now they are made in China and the quality it is not the same but the price still is.

I love the shoe but I bought this pair because the last pair I bought came apart on the rubber soul right in the middle of the shoe. I still wear them, they just look a little funny on the one side because I had to glue it. Other than that I bought another pair about 3 years ago and they are still good, no problems there, they are just worn so I use them as work boots. Last year's pair was the only one I have had a problem with. I haven't worn the pair I got this year yet so I don't know about them yet. I buy the same boot almost every year because they are the best, most comfortable shoe I have ever worn.
Wears this shoe: I wear them everyday for about 14 hours a day if not more.

My husband loves these and generally buys 1 to 2 pairs per year. They last a very long time and he is very hard on shoes. He won't buy any other boot for work.

Doc Martens Are a Definite Fave

I have bought a half-dozen pairs of Docs in the last fifteen years and they never disappoint. It always takes two weeks to break them in but once you do they conform to the shape of your foot and feel great. I have never had a pair last me less then five years .Their style never goes out of style and the craftmanship is definitely apparent. These shoes will take care of you for years.

I've been wearing this particular Dr Marten boot to work for 8 yrs. Most comfortable steel toes ever worn, can't even tell they are steel toes. Great work boots!

I have to be in all climates usually very Hot, and very Cold. Dry, wet, flat land, hills. City streets and wilderness. This boot has the extra leather sheath which protects the feet from climate changes, and are light enough to wear all day and night and the next day.

I find it difficult to find a boot wide enough for my feet. Dr. Martens are the best boot for me. I'm glad you offer them in woman's sizes.I could wear them all day right away without breaking them in.
