I bought these boots for work and they are comfortable, lightweight and easy to pull on. The only thing that could be better is if they came in red leather!

They are great, I have had them for two years and wore them every day. The only problem I have had is that a week or so ago i had to put insoles in mine because they had streched a bit from being wet, that tightend right back up. the sole is still as good as it was when I got them two years ago I am on hear getting anouther pair because I am afrid that they may quit making them

I have worn Docs for the last 15 years. Although I was disappointed that they do not make them in England any longer, but rather China (go figure), I'm happy to say that the quality seems comparable, despite my suspicions to the contrary. These boots took me A long time to break in, and I got an initial chaffing at the top of the boot and on my toe (steel toe, which made me worried), but I believe that has gone away now that they are broken in, finally--after several weeks of constant wear. They are great! Easy to put on, warm, and stylish. The first pair of shoes I'd ever bought on the internet, and it has been a good experience.

I am A firefighter/paramedic.I bought this boot to wear as duty boots for work. These boots are very comfortable and have no break in time needed. They have great ankle support and and warm too. These boots are A great buy.

Although I personally like the look of a laced boot, I really enjoy being able to just pull this boot on. I was apprehensive about the steel toes because my last steel-toed boots felt like lead. - These however don't feel any heavier than standard workboots. They are very comfortable on day one, with no break-in required. I have always loved Dr. Martins, and these are no exception.

Buy these boots. I am a firefighter and use them as my station boots. They are comfortable, light, and best of all no laces to tie on those after midnight runs. Buy them so they never discontinue this model. I want to be able to get them for the rest of my career.
