Excellent all weather boot

Excellent boot in the cold rain - sat under a tree for over 4 hours in the cold driving rain, but my feet were dry and warm. Never got a shot out, but all my gear kept me dry.

I've owned a pair of Wolverine many years ago and was happy about how they felt and wore, so this is why I purchased this pair of boots to go hunting with. I had found the boots very comfortable from the minute I put them on. They are roomy enough for heavy socks in toe area for heavy socks and with the five quick lace-up lugs the boot is secure in the ankle area so my socks are not being pushed down into toe area. GREAT BOOT.P.S. They do keep my feet dry and warm, I suffer from wet feet with most other boots from perspiration.

I ordered the boots on line and had them 4 days later! They feel great and look great. They are still new so I do not know how well they will last. I expect them to wear well. They keep my feet warm (but not TOO hot) and dry, which is what I was looking for.

Finally, a wide, comfortable winter boot. They've already been put to the test this Iowa winter and they passed with flying colors. Very warm without the bulk of some of my past boots. Great quality, great fit and great service from Shoe Buy. Highly recommend.

The Boot is well-made, of high-quality material.I really like the firm, padded foot-bed.The Gore-tex lining keeps my feet really warm.The 8" padded "uppers" give excellent ankle support.The one design-flaw is the "tongue" is stitched to the boot on both sides,leaving a more narrow entrance for my foot. I have a hard time when I have to work to get my foot into the Boot.

Bought this boot for my husband for rainy fishing days. We liked the removable insole which would accommodate his orthotic, but I had my doubts about whether they would fit his rather unusual-shaped feet (bunion & hammer-toe issues)because they looked small in the box when they arrived. However, after a one-week test fishing in Minnesota, they passed muster and he's talking about getting more. His only complaint--The back of the boot has a cutout in the middle (I assume for comfort when sitting)which makes it difficult to grab on to something to help pull the boot on. Perhaps they could add a loop in the back of the boot to facilitate slipping into it?
