Good everyday boot January 30, 2009

These boots are comfortable, have a low heel and good padding. They are a little bland looking although not clunky or orthopedic. They disappear under pants and do not call attention to your feet. Also, they are a good height for pants and do not reveal your socks when you sit down the way ankle booties do.

Because of problem feet I wanted a low heeled, ankle boot. This boot fit the bill and is soft and good looking. I wear them with jeans and love the look.I am very pleased.

Low heel short black boots November 11, 2008

I have worn the boots just a few times, but they have been very comfortable and also are true to size. I wear a size 10, and often have trouble finding a comfortable fit.I have a bad back and need low heels- flat would be best. It was impossible to find flat boots that also have a fitted look not clunky- especially for a size 10!

I like the fact that in around two years' time when I need a new/replacement pair of boots I could find wide ones. Usually in Sydney, Australia I have to search extensively to find a wide fitting boot. This is a great shoe.

I liked this short boot, quality materials, no slip outsole, and gores for easy fit. The only reason I will ding it is it is flat as a board with o arch support or padding. I had to put arch supports and store bought orthotics in them so they had more support. The heel is wide so there is a little slippage unless you wear socks.
Wears this shoe: Almost daily in th winter, we have rain but no snow

I love these boots! The first time I slipped them on they felt broken in and comfortable. I had been looking for a pair of boots in a narrow width that were stylish and could be worn for different occasions and these filled the bill.

I don't usually wear heels or dress shoes. I bought these to look semi dressy with black slacks. I like the look but there's not much to them as far as support.I wouldn't want to do a lot of walking in them. I'm going to try adding some over the counter inserts next time I wear them.They actually feel a tiny bit narrower than say New Balance 2E.
