Great basic sandal !

Comfortable from the time I put them on. These sandals were a replacement for a prior similiar pair that I purchased in May of 2000 while on vacation in Key West, Fla.....they finally wore out after all these years. I have worn them every year for 10 months out of the year....in the fall I wear them with socks till Michigan winters get so severe for about 2 months, then I'm forced to wear a regular shoe. I need orthotics for my poor feet, but I do fine without them if I wear my Teva Sandals. Even an Orthotic Specialist told me that they were extremely well built in regard to the insole and the support that it offered. I'm very happy! I just wish that there were more styles offered in simple generic colors.....some of the styles appear rather garish to me and I don't have much of a variety to choose from because of that. I could use the plainer color's with a variety of clothing....but not when they are so bright and colorful...it then becomes very limiting to me. The styles usually look very comfortable and well made...but the colors turn me off. Thanks for providing such a comfortable shoe.

This sandal was exactly what I had in mind when I made my purchase. Since I hike quite a bit, I needed something to make wet crossings and hike when needed, also.

I just LOVE This Sandal!

This is my third pair of these black heavy-duty Teva sandals.I love them!I wear them pretty much every day of the year, except in the depths of winter.In the fall and spring I wear them with Smartwool socks.They have taken the place of slippers for me.I wear them to the swim club.I wear them in the back yard.I had to order a new pair because my previous pair that I bought last year was wearing out. The bottoms were getting a bit slippery (I am a heel striker), and the Velcro was getting all out due to daily use.I have other plastic Teva sandals(and black and brown leather ones too for "dress"), but I like these because the sole is comfortable and the black color goes with everything.My foot is extremely narrow, but these sandals are perfect because I can crank down the straps to make them fit my narrow feet and narrow heel.They also work for my daughter whose foot is even narrower (AAA with a AAAAA heel).Did I mention that I love these sandals????

I am Diabetic. The brands of sandals I have used for many years no longer work. They now cause ulcers, which have been so persistent that I was about to be scheduled for surgery on my left foot. I hunted everywhere for a sandal I could actually wear, including trying medically designed post surgical shoes. Then I remembered a wonderful sandal from the past, except I couldn't remember the name - until now! I was able to find exactly what Tevas I needed. I have been wearing them for about a month. They are the only sandals I can use. I also use them as slippers. I no longer have ulcers! I only wish they came in other solid colors like brown and navy. If they did, I would buy them.

A servicable work shoe

Received the shoes, put them on and did yard watering for two days solid in them. They're great--wet or dry. Bought them for this type of work and they proved excellent for the use intended.

The straps are pretty stiff and I think they need time to be broken in. I got marks from the straps on my feet after the first time wearing them even though I did not really tighten the straps fully. I bought this shoe for wearing on rough uneven terrain as it is supposed to be non-skid, but so far, my feet have not felt very comfortable from the chafing straps.
Wears this shoe: I would wear this shoe for trekking on rough terrain.

I had been waiting in anticipation for my shoes from the land of the red white and blue. I travel regularly to countries around the world usually in my flip flops have always wanted a pair of Tevas however in land of the Kangaroos the price was just not justified. I am off to my next adventure in Peru for a month in August. It is like getting a new pair of school shoes. I am breaking them in now. These shoes will have their own story to tell from now on.The fit was perfect a little narrow however I do have a narrow foot so that was a surprise.

I like the overall appearance of the sandal. I wish it had a bit more padding at the junctures and the foot bed was just a little longer.

Actually bought these sandals because they were on sale and I wanted something a little different on my feet for summer. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they are like wearing nothing on my feet. The next best thing to being barefoot without the "hard work" of keeping thong sandals on my feet. The straps are totally adjustable so you can make a perfect fit anyway you wish. The foot bed miraculously conforms to provide a skosh of needed support. They are great.

Great athletic sandal!I've spent all day comfortably in these sandals. I wear them just about everyday with shorts and jeans, walking, hiking, and dancing! I've even showered in them while I was camping. The extra heal cushion feels great. All the straps are adjustable and keep the sandal tight on my foot while hiking. They're the perfect do-everything sandal.

This is my first pair of Tevas, and I have to say that they are wonderful. I bought them because I knew I needed a shoe that would go from water to rocks to shore, and these do that. And while I thought they'd make my foot look big, the cut on this shoe is actually pretty flattering. I'd highly recommend this one!

I love Teva's and have been wearing for more than 13 years. They are airy and can be worn from the car into the lake and back out without worry of mildew or odor. I also like the variety of color.

I bought these shoes for the beach. These were awesome. I have bought 3 other pairs of shoes to wear in the water, and every pair has rubbed blisters on my feet after wearing them while wet. Not these - these were great! And they are so comfortable.
