I order this shoe every year for my son who has extra wide feet. It's great with khaki pants for church. Handsome but not too grown up. Would also work with school uniforms. He says it's very comfortable.

It is so difficult to find kids shoes that are not either dressy or sneakers. My kids wear a uniform and must wear regular shoes. My 5 Y.O. wears these every day. They take quite a beating at recess and after school on the blacktop basketball court. They withstand whatever he dishes out. He's on his second pair this year because he's growing so fast NOT b/c he wore them out.

I bought these shoes for my sons to wear with khakis and blue blazers to a wedding. While I would have preferred something less bulky, these worked fine and are very comfortable. I dislike the mud they can track in with the wide treads.

My son wears a wide shoe and I used to always buy his shoes at a Stride Rite store..now I buy them at Shoebuy.com. This is a great, comfortable dress shoe and goes great with khaki's or dress pants.

My son has wide feet and trying to find a brand that is true to wide is very difficult. In my opinion, Stride Rite is #1. The only problem is that in the stores, we have exhausted his size availability. We are so lucky to have found ShoeBuy.com - they carry so many WIDE brands. We have tried a couple different brands but each time we have reverted back to Stride Rite.

These shoes are great for three reasons they come in wide, and may be dressed up or down, and my son loves them. He thinks they are comfortable.
