I needed a pair of "dressy" shoes that I could wear with a suit. I stand a lot and needed the support and comfort of a good shoe. This one is perfect. I didn't feel the normal soreness in my feet after spending the day on them. My only complaint is there is a little rub on my heel at the back of the shoe. But great support, comfort, and keeps foot cooler. Nice appearance for a basic/simple shoe.

I tried these shoes for the first time at the store. I told the salesman,I wanted the best shoe for concrete walking because I am a car salesman and I am on the lot most of the time. When he brought this shoe and I put it on and walked on it for a while,I was so impressed by the way they felt, I bought a second pair. If you are like me, a bargin shopper,and want to get the best for your money, take these shoes. I paid $185 for these shoes 5 yrs ago. It was tough deciding to pay that much, but now I am saving $85 on this purchase.

My husband has flat feet so he needs a shoe that's comfortable as well as business-looking and durable (his shoes wear out very quickly, esp. the outsole). These shoes are everything he needs - very nice and super durable sole, non-slippery, comfortable and very nice-looking. Only one complaint - his usual shoe size is 11-11.5, but these, though marked 11-11.5, still run a bit big. We'll see how they wear because we just got them recently. For now, it's the best pair of shoes we found after quite a research.

I needed a shoe that could travel, was comfortable for long periods standing and dressy enough for use with a suit. The Heathrow Walker covers all these bases and is hands down the most comfortable shoe I have ever used at a trade show.

I've only had these eccos for a few weeks but so far I've been pleased. I bought the eccos because they have a great reputation of comfort and durability. From what I can tell, they are what they are advertised to be.

I have a hard time finding dress shoes that are comfortable and good looking. Have 14 inch feet and wear an orthotic insert due to problem with knuckles on big toes. These size 47 shoes give my feet the room they need even with the inserts. The toe end looks a tad chunky but they feel very comfortable and the overall look is very nice and business like. The thick sole and heel give me a much needed extra half inch in height.
