This is the 5th pair of these shoes I have owned. They are sturdy, stylish, look good with skirts or jeans, and are comfortable for lots of standing and brisk walking.With daily wear, mine last about a year before they wear through at the heel. Even as they age, they don't look worn as the rubberized design element covering the toe protects against scuffs.I like these shoes so much, I will likely buy another pair around this time next year.

Super comfy and super stylish... hard to beat! I'm a new mom and don't like wearing sneakers, but finding comfortable alternatives when the weather turns slightly cooler is tricky. I just wore these shoes for 2 weeks on holiday in the UK (cobblestones & damp) and they were great with both capris and jeans. I've had many compliments so far and think I'll be looking to pick up another pair soon!
You'll never want to take them off!

I have purchased Merrell athletic shoes before and loved them, so I was curious to try this "Mary Jane" style. I love it! The soul puts a bounce in your step. The support is good and I can put my orthotics in to get the rest of the support that I need. They are both comfortable and cute! I did have to order half size longer than usual.

I bought the Plaza Bandeau because I needed to find attractive, work-appropriate, and comfortable shoes that could also accommodate my custom orthotics. My orthotics are able to fit in these with my regular size (didn't have to go up half a size). The shoes are cute (but not the most attractive ever), and they are suitable for work in an business-casual office environment. One downside is that, when worn without socks, my feet gets very sweaty inside.

I love the construction of this shoe, and find it exceptionally comfortable. I do not normally wear heels, and this style is everything I had hoped it would be. The only reason I give the Plaza Bandeau 4 starts instead of 5 is the size. I have a pair of Merrell Zodiacs which fit perfectly at size 6.5 which is normal for me. I was forced to return the size 6.5 Bandeau in exchange for size 7.

I was led to believe this shoe would be like heaven on my feet and in fact, being a Merrell shoe - I didn't find the reviews hard to believe. But I find this shoe to be not at all comfortable. After an hour or more my feet literally feel on fire or alternately numb. They are not at all enough support if you intend to be on your feet rather than sitting in these shoes. They are terribly unsupportive.

These shoes are versatile and act like a sneaker with an upscale edge. I have a very narrow foot with high arch, so they gap a little at the side but not enough to make them uncomfortable or unflattering. I bit rough breaking in (blister on my heel), but I like the fit overall. And I love the style!!

This is my second pair of Merrell's and I am a true believer! My first pair was a similar style in black and I just had to have a pair in brown. They are comfortable enough for all day wear, including lots of walking. And yet they are stylish enough for the office. Now all my other shoes are gathering dust in my closet.

I've had foot surgery on both feet. You can walk in these babies until the cows come home free of pain. I also have hammer toes. I need to use a guard over one toe, but other than that they rock!

I love this shoe! These were comfortable for all day walking right out of the box. You can wear them on weekends, with gym clothes, jeans or more dressed up with capris for work. Very versatile!!
