Great but need break-in

These shoes look lovely and they are quite comfortable. The only problem to me was that the back rim is hard, and it rubbed somewhat my ankle. This has improved in just a pair of days wearing them, so I guess breaking-in will eliminate the problem, but it's something I didn't expect from Rieker. Besides this detail, I definitely recommend them!

A loss of bone cartilage & bone spur left me with having to wear a metal plate to prevent movement in the toe joint. This also meant that most shoes don't accomodate a "prosthesis" -- let alone anything that looks normal. Add the bunions to the mix, and finding shoes is a real chore. This shoe came to the rescue -- the insole can be yanked to make room for a metal plate underneath & presto! And, the shoe is tan looks incredibly smart, though a bit casual unlike the black version which seems somewhat dressy. Looks fabulous with capris, long jeans, skirts, and even some dresses. And, people have actually commented on what a great looking shoe it is -- something that typically never happens to me. Love this style shoe!
Wears this shoe: Anywhere and everywhere that I can use a tan comfortable shoe.

Love this brand. After years of wearing orthopedicshoes, I found Reiker-Antistress. My last 4 pairs of shoes have been Reiker because others don't feel good.I ordered a size larger in this shoe, per instructions, as it said the toe area needed more space. These feel so good and they look great.

Rieker make the most comfortable shoes. After wearing Rieker I cannot wear anything else! This shoe makes my large foot look smaller, goes with black or brown and is simply gorgeous!

These shoes go with everything: shorts, skirts, jeans. I love that! But, they don't fit the same as my other Riekers, I had to exchange my first order for a larger size. Now, they are great!

I bought these shoes because I have a pair of Reiker sandals that give me wonderful arch support.These shoes do not provide the same degree of support. I will try them with a small, slim, orthotic and see how they feel.I love the brown/black patent leather, it is beautiful.I have to be completely satisfied with a shoe to pay this much money for it so I am still deciding.
Wears this shoe: Haven't yet. If and when I do, sharp casual.

I hoped that these stylish Riekers would be as comfortable as my first pair which I bought over 5 years ago. I am not disappointed. The shoe slips on easily and the straps adjust to fit your foot. The design on the Fancy Red and Fancy Sand Nubuck features air holes and delightful colored circles. They are really cute shoes!! They go with everything from skirts to capris to jeans to pants. Love them, love them, love them! I wear them all the time to work and for play! They're lightly padded and comfortable to wear all day long. Antistress is right...this is a laid back, comfortable shoe...no stress and just enough wiggle room...no cramped toes!
