This is my second time purchasing this style. I like them because they are a low profile shoe and are a bit more stylish than your typical gym shoe. If your foot is a bit wide, this shoe will be a bit difficult to get on the first few times you wear them, but they will stretch, allowing more room in the mouth of the shoe.

This is my second pair of Sketchers. My daughter, who is developmentally disabled, has three pairs. They are a perfect sneaker for those who want a pull-on but with a lot of support. She cannot tie shoes, but is able to pull these on. I use mine for aerobic and weight classes. They are the best !! And I love the variety of colors they come in.

Easy to slip on, comfortable to walk in, easy to care for -- this is a great shoe for casual daily wear. It's also a terrific shoe for traveling -- easy off-and-on at airport security checkpoints, lightweight, and very comfortable for walking.

First of all, I have two total hip replacements, so comfortable and SAFE shoes are very important for my mobility. I also wanted a shoe that 'cuddled' my narrow foot; in other words, wouldn't slip off my heel. It's hard for me to bend down and retie shoes, so I also hoped for a shoe that 'looked' like it was laced, but really wasn't. The Skechers Active 'biker' shoes are perfect in every way. Though my first color choice was not available in my 9 1/2 size, I love the stone color and have received many compliments on these shoes. Don't let the 'biker' name fool you; these shoes (sneaker type?) are very attractive, coordinate with outfits from jeans to dressier styles! I'm delighted that they are styled to 'cuddle' all parts of the foot, giving stability, comfort and they honestly feel 'broken in' the first time you put them on. I can't say that about any of my other footwear. Well-made, creatively designed, they also wear well! Just hope they never discontinue this style. I can't find a negative thihg to say about them! Thank you.

This is the second time I've bought this exact pair of shoes. The first pair lasted me 3 years with frequent use. I even walked all over the cobble-stoned streets of Italy with the last pair, and my feet never hurt -- even at the end of long days. Be careful because there are many similar styles, and I'm only vouching for the comfort of the Skechers Active Bikers Straightaway shoes.

I already had this shoe in brown/tan and felt having the black would be a good staple for my shoe collection. They feel so good I'd buy them in every color under the rainbow.

I haven't actually worn this shoe yet. It's been too sloppy outside from melting snow and I don't want to get them all dirty already. But I wore them around the house to make sure I have the right size. I had a 9.5 at home but ended up keeping a size 9. They maybe run slightly big so if you debate between sizes pick the smaller of the 2 sizes.

I had similar Skechers shoes in brown that I used for travel. Since I dress more in black, I wanted to get a black casual shoe. It's great for running errands - a little dressier than a plain tennis shoe. I mostly wear with jeans.
