These are leaps and bounds better than the Sperry Topsiders. They have a really firm heel, which can make them painful to break in. However, once they are broken in, they will be one of your favorite shoes in your closet.

If your feet get cold easily, these won't warm them up like a cloth shoe.These shoes are great! stylish and comfortable. I am an exact size 12 and regular medium width, and these felt somewhat tight with socks on at first. however, because they are leather, they form to your foot after a few days of wearing them. Them seem to become more and more comfortable the more I wear them. Great quality shoes.

I have a small foot and this is one of the few men's shoes that actually fits me. The sole lasts forever - I have worn these for almost two years and they still look great. The leather upper requires little care. it is a great casual shoe.

I have always loved Sebago Docksides...they are the greatest, most comfortable casual shoe to wear without socks in the summertime. I've ordered 2 pair from shoebuy.com in the last few months and both are just what I wanted and the price is better than I can find in local department stores.

Sebago Docksides is the only shoe my husband has worn for the past 40 years. He was a shoe salesman many years ago and had his choice of any shoe and it was always the Sebago Dockside. Brand new it feels like an old shoe. Cannot find them in any stores in FL and when I found them at Shoebuy, with the savings and free shipping, it is less then we have ever paid. I would say that Shoebuy is one of the best shopping sites.

This is my 5th pair of boat shoes--not only is the wear ability remarkable but the fit,quality, and just plain feel is unique. I bought one pair of another brand boat shoe and gave them away after 3 wears. My Sebagos are great shoes for puttering in both the yard and on the dock!

I have a very difficult foot to fit with a wide foot and a high instep.I really shouldn't order shoes over the internet because I just never know.Besides, I wore the shoes outside in the hopes that I could stretch the shoe to my foot but it didn't work.In any case, I plan to take the shoe to the Salvation Army Thrift Store so they won't go to waste. Thanks for your good service. If you have a retailer that carries the shoe and is near to Irvine California, I would appreciate it.Most of the stores however only carry medium widths.

I have not had a pair for a long while. I am so happy I finally bought a new pair. The directions to buy a pair 1/2 size smaller than I normally wear was very good advise. I had trouble finding this shoe in the Department stores but ShoeBuy had a wonderful selection at reasonable prices. I have used ShoeBuy before.

This was a purchase for my husband. He has worn these shoes every summer for the past 25 years. He can't change his mind - he loves them for comfort and durability. The shoes last him 5 to 6 years, and if they ever quit making them, he may go barefoot!
